What to Expect:
The session is 90 minutes long, divided into 3 stages:
The setting is relaxing, cosy and discreet. I ask a lot questions about your present health and health history allowing you to focus entirely on yourself in a way you may have never done before, in a safe and relaxing environment.
During the First Stage you do most of the talking for in response to lots of questions about yourself, your health, your lifestyle and your diet. The luxury of time and attention is an enormous part of the therapy that will eventually allow progress on every level, where there arises full awareness of the actuality of how you function on a day to day basis (which can not be achieved by filling in forms or simply being given a prescription based on a computer analysis, a brief consultation, or even laboratory tests.)
The Second Stage involves lying comfortably on the treatment couch while I use naturopathic testing methods to assess you on an energetic level for such things as: glandular and organic imbalances, auto-immune & non-auto-immune allergies, food sensitivities; infections such as viral, bacterial, parasitic or fungal; nutritional and bio-chemical insufficiencies, geopathic force-fields, electromagnetic disturbances, depressive tendencies and endogenous depression, psychic stress, structural weaknesses, emotional issues and electrical faults.
The tests are all based in applied kinesiology (AK), psychic kinesiology (PK), radionics and iridology with a physical examination if required. The process is fascinating, quite relaxed, and most revealing. I first look in your eyes to assess constitutional strengths, weaknesses and character traits with a brief iridology analysis. Kinesiology-muscle-testing and Radionics dowsing takes approximately 10 to 30 minutes. Your body will reveal what it most needs help with at that given moment, in priority order, and so is personal and specific, entirely safe and extremely constructive. From there I am able to test what treatment is required and for how long.
In the Third Stage results are discussed, along with how to proceed with treatment for your greatest good! I will most likely see you again within one to six weeks for a follow-up consultation of about one hour, to assess progress and to re-test as to where we go from there. Depending on the situation I may need to see you every few weeks for a while, or might recommend a quarterly or bi-annual check-up.
Treatment will consist of one or a combination of: herbal, homoeopathic and vibrational medicines, nutritional supplements, dietary or lifestyle adjustment to some degree - always depending on each individual and what they are capable of at a given time - and therapies, where appropriate.
To Summarise: Your first consultation is 90 minutes during which time we thoroughly assess you in a relaxed consultation that involves kinesiology muscle-tests, radionics and iridology; a complete case history taking, and a full explanation of the priorities as they have arisen. Your body will indicate clearly what it requires when the correct specific questions are asked during testing.
The Follow-Up Consultation/Treatment is between one and four weeks later, depending on schedules, at which point diet and nutrition is discussed in more detail, flower remedies may be prescribed, and a course of EFT, COLON HYDROTHERAPY, or REFLEXOLOGY may be started.
If two or more weeks have passed since the first consultation further tests are done to assess progress. A lot can change very quickly if you know exactly what to do! At that point we may address the new priority and adjust the treatment accordingly.

Applied Kinesiology and Psyche-Kinesiology are systems of checking for physical and emotional imbalances and problems - by way of testing certain points that communicate with the body's bio-computer, also known as the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is constantly monitoring body function, up to 14,000 of them at any one time.Interference from conscious thought processes comes from protective intellectualisations and rationalisations, anxiety, over-analysis, and information overload - so that communication between the conscious and subconscious is often confused, or even self-destructive due to faulty programming.
Through kinesiology muscle-testing and energy points and meridians we can get in touch with your inner intelligence.
The same energy channels used by Acupuncturists that correspond to organs by which they are known (ie. lung meridian, heart meridian etc.) can become restricted or blocked over time.
Muscle Testing reveals where these blockages are and what they represent to the practitioner. Muscle Testing also, in response to particular Yes/No questions can identify required treatment and dosages and so is specific to each individual patient.
Psyche Kinesiology also identifies causation and clears on an emotional and physical level allowing energy flow to be unrestricted along the meridians and so free to reset and remove the symptoms (along with techniques such as acupressure, tapping therapies, self-hypnosis, and homoeopathy) .
MY CONCEPT OF WHAT A TRULY HOLISTIC APPROACH ACTUALLY IS:
A testing, treatment and therapy approach for each unique individual of body, mind and soul.
A combination of tests, treatments or therapies that compliment each other.
A treatment of the symptom picture as clues to the whole underlying issue (not a-part).
A treatment of the whole person taking into account lifestyle, genetic predisposition, inherited tendencies and programming.
Dis-ease conditions, regarded as a signal by the whole as a need for change.
Treatment of the whole family from new-born baby to great-grandmother, and even the dog.
